• Store credit will be issued to returns received after 21 days.
  • For credit card payments, please allow 5-10 business days for payment to reflected in your account.
  • For PayPal payments, please allow 3-5 business days for payment to reflect back into your account.


  • We accept exchanges within 15 days after your order was delivered to you.
  • If you wish to return an item that was already exchanged, you can only be provided with store credit.  No refunds 
  • Only 1 exchanges will be allowed per order
  • We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are unhappy for any reason, we accept returns for refunds within 21 days for Domestic orders and 30 days for Canadian orders after your order has been delivered. If the package does not reach us safely, we will not be able to complete the refund. Please make sure you get tracking on your returns so that proof of delivery can be verified. No returns or exchanges after 21 days.

  • Allow 2-3 business days for us to process your return once it has been delivered. 

Clearance Items

  • Items bought on clearance may only be returned for an exchange or store credit. A refund is not permitted. 
  • We do not refund shipping costs.
  • All items must be UNWORN and UNWASHED in original condition with the tag still attached.  
  • The customer is responsible for the cost of returns.
